Supporting material and portfolio uploads
As part of your EOI, you may be asked to provide supporting materials such as:
- Artist CV or résumé
- Artist biography or statement
- Images of previous work
- Examples of completed projects
Please ensure all files are saved and ready to upload before commencing your submission.
Files can be up to 25MB each. To improve upload speeds and minimise technical issues, we recommend keeping files under 5MB where possible.
Allow sufficient time for each file to upload before attaching additional files.
Reviewing and submitting your EOI
The final section of the form is the 'Review and Submit' page.
Before you can submit your EOI, you must:
- Complete all required fields
- Upload all mandatory supporting material
- Resolve any validation errors identified by the system
Once your submission is complete, click 'Submit' at the top or bottom of the page.
Please note that once submitted, you will not be able to edit your application or upload additional documents unless specifically requested by Camden Council.
After submission, you will receive:
- A confirmation page on screen
- A confirmation email containing a copy of your submission
This will be sent to the email address associated with your SmartyGrants account.
If you do not receive a confirmation page and confirmation email, your EOI may not have been successfully submitted.
Tip: Check your junk or spam folder if you cannot locate the confirmation email.
You can monitor the status of your submission at any time by logging into SmartyGrants and visiting 'My Submissions'.
Collaborating on a submission
Multiple people may contribute to an EOI submission, provided that:
- A SmartyFile Organisation has been established; and
- Only one person is actively editing the form at any given time.
Please save your work regularly when collaborating.
Session timeout
For security purposes, your session will automatically expire after 20 minutes of inactivity.
You will receive a warning approximately 90 seconds before your session expires, giving you the option to extend your session or log out.
If no action is taken, your work will be automatically saved before the session closes.
To avoid losing information, we recommend saving your submission regularly, particularly when preparing longer responses or uploading supporting material.
