Camden Council recognises the value of Camden’s creative community and its role in shaping a unique cultural identity and engaging community with participation in the arts. Through a vibrant cultural community, we support improved social connection, wellbeing and liveability, access to diverse high-quality entertainment and cultural experiences in creative and community spaces and the public domain in Camden LGA and create local employment for the creative industries.
The Cultural Activation Seed Grants (the Grant) will make funding available to successful eligible applicants including individual artists, art and cultural groups or arts organisations (for profit or not for profit) proposing projects or programs to be delivered within Camden LGA that will increase access and community participation in arts, culture, and creativity within Camden.
Applications are open from 15 February to 15 March 2023 and can be made through the SmartyGrants portal.
